Benefits of Yoga

A friend of mine is doing yoga every once a week. It made me curious on why people opt to do this exercise. So I read some article about it and much to surprise,it really give importance not just to the body but to the soul as well. No wonder why I bumped into some people buying yoga blocks. I even laughed at myself,because I thought those blocks are for kids,hahaha! Read on below for some information about Yoga.
